Shipping Policy
We are based in UK.
The corresponding shipping costs shall be indicated to the Customer in the order checkout and shall be borne by the Customer. For deliveries customer can choose different options at the checkout.
We will keep updating customers for their orders.
All orders will be sent by tracked service.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items which are personalised to order or made to demand can not be returned or refunded unless there is any printing error from our side. In this case please take a picture as soon as item arrives and send it to us so we can process your refund process quickly.
Items which are not personalised can be returned within 14 days of receiving, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All the items must be in brand new condition as received and unworn.
Customer has to bear all the cost for return postage so customer must choose size carefully before placing any order. All the items are having size charts in the description. Feel free to ask for more information about size, we will try and come back to as soon as possible with an answer.
Once we receive the item, we will analyse it and will start the refund process as soon as possible.
